It's Another Favorable Outcome for the Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP
(PRWEB) August 9, 2007 -- It's another favorable outcome for the Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP. On July 11, 2007, the Army Discharge Review Board recommended a discharge upgrade in case number AR20060016203, allowing Attorney Edmunds' client the opportunity to re-enlist in the National Guard.
Attorney Alan Edmunds appeared in Washington, D.C in front of the Army Discharge Review Board on behalf of his client. Mr. Edmunds' client was discharged from the National Guard following positive drug test results.
Mr. Edmunds requested a complete review of the client's military records as well as provided several letters of recommendation, negative drug screen results and documents evidencing his client's achievements. The Army Discharge Review Board found several mitigating factors in Mr. Edmunds' arguments and the client's testimony. As a result, the Board voted to recommend a change to the client's military records in the form of a discharge upgrade to fully honorable allowing the client the opportunity to re-enlist and continue to serve his country.

Automobile Accidents: When To Seek Legal Assistance
Drivers know, or should know, that automobile insurance or proof of some other form of financial insurance is a legal requirement in every state; however, this doesn?t mean that every driver and automobile owner complies. Too, a percentage of the people who do comply purchase only the minimum amount of automobile insurance or show proof of the minimum amount of financial responsibility that their state has made a legal requirement. Although they?re obeying the law, many times this means people don?t have the amount of money it takes to cover the damages caused by an automobile accident.
