Jasmin K. Morad Joins Klinedinst's Business Litigation Department

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 6, 2007 -- Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce that Jasmin K. Morad has joined its Los Angeles-based Business Litigation team.

A California native, Ms. Morad came to Klinedinst after spending close to four years in private practice in New York City. While in New York, Ms. Morad's practice focused on resolving high-value lawsuits involving directors' and officers' liability (D&O) claims. She also successfully litigated cases involving automobile residual value losses and environmental and asbestos issues. She was also called upon to litigate surety, financial and D&O reinsurance claims that were filed as a result of the infamous Enron collapse.

"Jasmin is an incredibly talented lawyer who has already seen her fair share of complex corporate litigation," noted John D. Klinedinst, CEO of Klinedinst PC. "Jasmin's skill as a litigator, combined with her enthusiasm and good nature, will be a welcome addition to our growing legal powerhouse."

Ms. Morad is experienced in handling all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration including discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation. At Klinedinst, her practice focuses primarily on serving business clients in a wide variety of cases, including intellectual property, employment/labor and complex litigation.

Ms. Morad received her J.D. cum laude from Syracuse University in 2002. While attending law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Department of Justice and the Honorable David E. Peebles in the Northern District of New York. She is active in several L.A.-based community organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Iranian-American Bar Association and the Practice Trial Inn of Court.
