Legal Technology Radio Announces e-Discovery Podcast Series

Boyce, Va. (PRWEB) March 4, 2008 -- Virginia-based National Legal Media, LLC, today announced the first in a series of podcasts covering e-Discovery in the context of the litigation lifecycle and the related Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). The series, entitled "Sitting in the Discovery Hotseat" is designed to meet the needs of attorneys in AmLaw 250 law firms with a corporate litigation practice, litigation support managers, legal technology specialists, and corporate counsel in the Fortune 500.

The podcasts, published on a new National Legal Media, LLC property - found at Legal Technology Radio (http://www.legaltechradio.com) - will be released the first business day of every month beginning March 3, 2008.

The first episode entitled "FRCP 37(e) Safe Harbor: What You Need to Know to Protect Your Firm and Your Clients," is a roundtable discussion moderated by Toby Younis of B2B Marketing Pro, LLC and includes Jason Fliegel, an attorney with Mayer Brown, LLP in Chicago, Il; Barry Murphy, who at the time of the recording was an industry analyst at Forrester Research, Inc.; and Jason Shinn, an attorney with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer and Garin, PC in Detroit, Michigan. The podcast is approximately 48 minutes in length, and listeners are encouraged to download a complete transcript of the podcast.
