What Is The Law Of Attraction And How Does It Work?

The law of attraction is the basis in which the entire Universe operates. It is the principle that affects all physical as well as non-physical beings. It can be defined as vibrations of the same or similar frequency that are attracted or magnetized to each other. So, in essentially, thoughts attract other thoughts of a similar vibration. Emotions attract similar emotions.

The idea behind the law of attraction is an ancient one. It can be found in all kinds of cultures and traditions. It can be found in Hinduism, Theosophy, Egyptology, The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, just a name a few.

Books, such as ?As A Man Thinketh? By James Allen, explain that there is a correspondence between what one thinks and the external reality. It does not use the word ?law of attraction?, although it does explain the principle.

Many people accept the Law of Attraction as a guide for living. They do so on the basis of their faith in the Universe and its universal laws. Some proponents of the law of attraction also have a more modern version of the Law of Attraction that has its roots in quantum physics. It is thought that actual thoughts are things and that they have energy that attracts like energy. In order to control that energy, one must practice four things;

1. Know what one desires and ask for it. 2. Focus one?s thoughts on the things desired with great feelings such as gratitude or enthusiasm 3. Behave and feel as if the object of desire is already acquired 4. Then be open to receive it

If you are thinking of the things you do not have, then you will attract more scarcity. Therefore, using the law of attraction, it is all about getting as much of your focus on the very things you do want. This is not as easy as it sounds, and at times there are ups and downs in life. Therefore, it may not always be easy to get into the feeling of having a lot of money, if you have credit card debt. It may not be easy to get into the feeling of being healthy, if you?ve been in physical pain for a great deal of time.

Just like anything else, harnessing the law of attraction takes practice. The more you practice the better you get it something. The law of attraction is no different in this respect. It is like a muscle. If you don?t work out your muscles, they become flaccid and weak. When you do work your muscles out, they become big and strong. The law of attraction is working, whether you believe in it or not. It is a universal principle. You can try the law of attraction in your own life and see how well it works. It is one of those things that if you choose to ignore it, it will disappear. If you choose to see it, it will be seen and if you choose to harness it, you can harness it.
