The Law of Attraction In 5 Steps

While you may know how to use the law of attraction to reach a goal, how do you apply it on a day-to-day basis to attract only good things in your life? This is important as little things can add up. Occasional negativity can have quite a strong, lasting impact on your life. So, with the law of attraction in mind, do the following to attract only the good:

"Start your day with a strong positive message. Each morning, mentally tell yourself that today is going to be a great day.

"Always be thankful for something. Good weather, a nice dinner with a good friend, as long as it makes you feel good, you should be thankful for it. Immerse yourself in that feeling of thankfulness for a minute or so.

"Fight negative with positive. When something bad happens and you start feeling bad, allow yourself to feel it only for a short time and do not wallow in it. Then think of something positive that will be powerful enough to replace the negative in your mind  it could be the image of a loved one or a very beautiful place you want to go to. You can also play your favorite music, read an inspirational book or anything else that would put you in a positive frame of mind.

"Surround yourself with positive people. Being around them will keep you positive. Avoid or minimize contact with people who drain you of energy or make you feel down.

"Give your inner self a break. Everyday, dedicate a block of time of peace and quietness to free yourself from the daily distractions and disturbances. Involve yourself in simple exercises such as deep breathing, yoga or meditation to clear your mind. It will do wonders for you if done reguarly.

Simply put, the key to attracting good things is to stay positive.
